Vienna Coffee(serves 1)
Quarter cup of boiled milk
3 tablespoons of whipped cream
half a cup of hot coffee (filtered is best but any coffee can be used)
Place the boiled milk into a cup and add the 3 tablespoons of whipped cream into the milk and then pour the hot coffee over the milk. This is a delicious way of making coffee.
I have made coffee this way for years, and I hope that you find it as good as I do.

Hot Chocolate (serves 6)
2 cups of milk
1 and a half squares of unsweetened chocolate
quarter cup of sugar
pinch of salt
2 cups of boiling water
Take the two cups of milk and scald in a saucepan, while you are doing this melt the chocolate over a bowl of hot water (or put on the heat until melted). Once this is done add the salt and the sugar to the melted chocolate. Then slowly stir the mixture into the boiling water which should already be in a pan (be careful not to scald yourself), put onto the stove and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Then take the scalded milk and carefully add this to the boiling mixture and stir while doing this. Once this is all mixed together serve while hot either plain or add some whipped cream. This is a great favorite with my grandchildren in the winter or summer they just love it.
Any left over coffee or chocolate I let get cool, and keep so that I can use it in my coffee and chocolate cakes.
Enjoy, but please take care when using boiling liquids.
