Hi everyone, here is a wonderful salad that was given to us. We think that Grandma would have like this one, it’s got lots of fresh ingredients in it and if your like us you will use as much organic vegetables as you can find.
Rice Noodles in a Spicy Broth
This noodle dish, literally translated as “Noodles from Siam” actually has its roots in nearby Malaysia, where it is usually eaten for breakfast (which explains the addition of boiled eggs). However, I find it also makes a great dinner dish.
