Peaches a la Princesse

Here is another free dessert recipes “Peaches a la Princesse” this was in one of our Grandma’s books, it is simple to make and you will need the zabaione recipe that Rosa sent into us (it’s the recipe below this one on the recipes page). We found this recipe after Rosa sent hers to us. We hope you like it as much as we do.

Ingredients
6 peaches
12 Macaroons
yolk of 1 egg
half ounce of sugar
half cup of white wine
zabaione

Here we go…..

Take the 6 peaches, (make sure that they are not too ripe), and place the in a oven dish with the centers facing up. Now take one of the peaches, and peel, take the peeled peach and mince with the 12 macaroons, adding the yolk of an egg and half an ounce of sugar.

Mix all the ingredients together well, now take the mixture and fill the half peaches. Pour the half
cup of white wine over them and sprinkle with sugar. Place in the hot oven and bake for ten minutes Now pour over zabaione that you have just made and serve. This will make the most yummy dessert dish ever.

We hope that you enjoy this as much as we do. It is so simple to make, and tastes wonderful.
