little eastern delight called East India Fish. It use wonderful fresh wild salmon, but you can use farmed salmon too. This is a great old recipe, which would have been for a special occassion, in our household. This would have been in my Grandma’s family, due to the fact that they were originaly from England, where a lot of the trade of spices came into the docks from India.

Here is your free Ham Dumplings recipe, we found this in one of the books that Grandma had. These make a great meal when served with a fresh Green Salad. Its a great way to use up those left over cold meats.
