Belgian Sweet Potatoe Puree

Hi, here is a delicious free Belgian Sweet Potatoe Puree for you to try.  This was one of Grandma’s favorites to make.  In her day it was fresh organic vegetables that was picked from the vegetable patch that was used.

Ingredients

4 sweet potatoes

1 tablespoon of butter

2 eggs

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

1/4 teaspoonful of cinnamon

Now that you have all the ingredients ready , shall we start.
Take your sweet potatoes  peel and boil until they are soft.  Once boiled place into a bowl and mash.  Now beat your 2 eggs and pour into a bowl with 1 tablespoonful of butter,  1 tablespoonful of brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoonful of cinnamon and 1/4 cup of milk and Beat well.  Now pour the egg mixture into the bowl with the mashed potatoe and mix together until smooth.

Place into a buttered pudding dish; pour over some melted butter; place in a medium oven and  bake until brown.  Best served hot with broiled steak.
